Sharp was born from Rochester, New York, Sharp was a music enthusiast and was a clarinet player as well as piano and cello at the prestigious Hochstein School of Music. The passion she had for theatre in school was the reason she applied to The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded the opportunity to receive a scholarship. Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp upon her graduation. Sharp focused her energy on the stage. She performed in The Broadway National Tour of Carousel, debuted Off-Broadway with Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and performed in eight roles in the hilarious comedy Eat the Runt. Other theatre performances include: Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp was a co-reader with playwright August Wilson himself. Sharp is a performer who has performed on both the screen and the stage currently involved in a variety of unique projects. An entire recording is in the works. Sharp also performs. Sharp likes to stay fit and always in top shape by studying Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp has a family home and her family in Los Angeles.
